March 9, 1999-Letter written  to Mr. Richard Anderson on behalf of Jan Burrows terminated Honolulu In-flight Manager.

• 5 coaching's from April 16, 1999 through June 1999 . In-flight manager J says" off the record Robin is out to get you and others".
• Office demands to see receipt paperwork for flight August 1998.  The receipt was for $11.00 for a flight one year               earlier prior to Pilot strike.
• Docked double pay for March 15, 16, 1999 and April !5, 16, 1999.  My schedule in the computer has been changed by management to look like I called in twice.

June 22, 1999-Drug Tested after notifying manager that I want union representation.

December 27, 1999-Note from office stating that "you have been scheduled for a meeting with flight manager Val Covington on Jan 7, 2000 at 0935 to discuss 5th absence in a twelve month period.

            Calls were *17 DEC 1998,* 31 JAN 1999,* 13 APR 1999,* 26 JUL 1999 - four total

            Next call was 16 DEC 1999    one year and a day outside the twelve month period.

January 9, 2000- Reprimanded on board by new York manager Pat Rice for failure to sign in at the New York base (which is not required)

February 5, 2000- Managers note from Ed Przybla regarding decision made regarding recent attendance discussion with Val Covington.  Decision never given as meeting was postponed due to lack of union representation.

May 22, 2000- Drug tested

June 8, 2000 - Managers note from Val Covington to contact before/after next trip regarding sick leave May 30, 2000

July 6, 2000-Managers note from Junichi Takao to contact before next trip July 7, 2000 regarding sick leave May 30, 2000

July 7, 2000-Met with Junichi Takao to discuss sick leave and explained that the LEAVE I WAS PLACED ON IN FEBRUARY 2000 was not a voluntary leave but was due to Northwest Airlines and their attorneys requiring my presence in court in the state of Minnesota.  Val Covington was trying to place me on a level for discipline due to my absence which was beyond my control and was specified by Northwest Attorneys would not have any retribution for later.  Val Covington left Junichi a note stating "Sorry to do this to you.  Would you please discuss w/Kevin.  Possible level.  He did not see me prior to the last trip. TX Val 7/6/00                        

July 9, 2000 -Drug tested

**** NOTE**** Every time called in ends with a drug test which is supposed to be randomly required by the FAA.  Nothing here is random

October 28,2002-Note from Junichi Takao to see before or after next trip about 3rd absence on 10/27/02 .

December 18,2002- Note to see supervisor about credit card sales. No one in office for flight departure to DTW.

January 10, 2003- Meet Junichi and it is about credit card sales in early 2001 and not sure why but says Hold Call".  He asks me to check and see if it is my credit card on a KIX flight.  I have not done KIX for five years till recently.

January 25,2003-  Called in by Valerie Covington to check random manual.  Missing latest dated page stating "Flight Attendant Manual Name .  Turns out most are missing it.  Placed on a level for manual non compliance.
